1. Booking & Reservation
* A non-refundable deposit of 75% is required to secure your booking date.
* Bookings are confirmed only after deposit payment is received.
* Dates are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.

2. Payment Terms
* The remaining balance must be paid on or before the event/shoot date.
* For weddings, full payment is required at least 7 days before the event.
* Failure to complete payment may result in cancellation or withholding of deliverables.
* Additional chargers will be applied if the client takes more than 6months to complete his payment (for deliverables securement)

3. Cancellation & Rescheduling
* Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred to a new date (subject to availability).
* Rescheduling must be requested at least 72 hours in advance.
* Last-minute cancellations may attract additional charges.

4. Coverage Time & Overtime
* Coverage duration is as stated in your selected package.
* Extra hours will be charged at an agreed hourly rate.
* Delays caused by the client may reduce coverage time unless extended (with extra cost).

5. Delivery Timeline
* Birthday portraits: On or before 4–5 working days
* Events: On or before  7–14 working days
* Weddings/Engagements: on or before 2–4weeks
* Express delivery may be available at an additional fee.

6. Image Selection & Editing
* Only professionally edited images will be delivered.
* RAW/unprocessed files are not included unless otherwise agreed.
* The photographer retains creative control over editing style.
* Pictures would be sent through a link for selection.

7. Usage Rights
* Clients receive personal-use rights for all delivered images.
* Images may not be resold or used for commercial purposes without written permission.
* The photographer reserves the right to use images for portfolio, marketing, and social media unless the client opts out in writing.

8. Client Responsibilities
* Clients must ensure punctuality and cooperation during sessions.
* Any specific shot requests should be communicated in advance.
* The photographer is not responsible for missed moments due to lack of cooperation or unforeseen restrictions.

9. Force Majeure
* The photographer is not liable for failure to perform due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., illness, accidents, weather, government restrictions).
* In such cases, a replacement photographer or rescheduling will be arranged where possible.

10. Liability
* While every effort is made to deliver high-quality results, the photographer is not liable for circumstances beyond control (e.g., poor lighting conditions, venue restrictions).
* In the unlikely event of total service failure, liability is limited to a refund of payments made.

11. Agreement
* Payment of deposit indicates acceptance of these terms and conditions.

NOTE: For weddings or events taking place outside the city of Abuja, the client is responsible for providing accommodation, meals, and transportation to ensure a smooth and efficient workflow.
